Abstract:	we used 45 mice devided into three groups: the reference; the streated by EFI extracted from the fruit body and the those treated by EFI extracted from the micellium biomass of Ganoderma lucidum. With total dose of 300mg / mouse (per.os, daily) the EFI of the micellium biomas and fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum increased the body weight of Swiss white mice carrying sarcoma 180. These products also to cause increase of the fife span of the treated mice by 32% in comparison with the control mice (means 24.5 days and 18.53 days respectively.
